I have been very remiss in keeping this blog live. Various changes to my life have played their part, but so has bone idleness and a complete lack of interest. No excuses then.
What I have done is to revisit Instagram, and have begun to post some short video clips there. These are all under the name of bowenjohnj, and I am branding the video clips as the voice of the bloke at the back. There are a couple up as of now, and there will be a few more over the next couple of weeks.
I am trying to keep these videos to around two minutes, and the first ones introduce me and my various social media channels.
